What to Expect at Your Visit
📅 Booking & Reminders
- Book online, by text, or phone call
- Reminder texts sent 1 week and 1 day before
- Need to reschedule? Please give 24+ hours’ notice to avoid a fee
🚗 Arrival Info
- I may run a little early or late—you’ll get a text update when I can.
- I’ll offer your pet treats (unless you say no)
🏠 Getting Started
- I’ll ask where you’d like the service done (inside, outside, living room, kitchen, ex.)
- I usually sit on the floor to help your pet feel at ease
- You will need to help gently hold or distract—no experience needed. Most cats are done alone without owner assistance.
🧘 During the Appointment
- I use calming aids like:
- Treats & towel wraps
- Licki Mats & pheromone sprays
- Just to name a few
🐱 For Cat Appointments
- Place cat in bathroom or small room with no hiding spots
- Have a clean towel ready (I’ll use yours for comfort)
- You’ll get a text when I’m on the way—that’s the time to secure your cat
💳 After the Visit
- Payment is due at the end of the appointment
- I’ll tidy up before leaving, if you like
- It’s best to book your next visit before I go—up to 6 months out is recommended
